Maintenance & breakdowns
At SWCS we aim to respond to breakdowns within 24 hours. Our engineers’ experience means that, in most instances, we are able to diagnose and rectify faults within the first hour on site thus minimising disruption to your business. We operate an out-of-hours emergency breakdown service on weekdays between the hours of 4.30pm and 7.30am and at weekends (subject to a small call-out fee).
At SWCS we are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. Our close links with many of the leading manufacturers of waste and recycling machinery enables us to regularly update our knowledge of new equipment as it becomes available to the market. We stock an extensive range of spare parts for almost all makes and models of equipment currently available.
Servicing
Regular servicing ensures optimum performance of equipment and may prevent costly breakdowns as potential problems can be identified and rectified before serious damage occurs. We recommend 3 services per annum and can provide a service package tailored to individual clients’ needs which meet COSH.
